I have had 2 incidents at this office once in February 2016 mailed Check for $25 to my daughter in Iowa and mailed gift cards to my dad in Iowa in December 14th 2016 and as of December 29th he still hasn't received it is even put extra postage on envelope. I mailed both of these right at there office. I went up there and they said they couldn't help me. What a joke, so don't count on your mail to get to your loved ones.
