I recently purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra, and I must say it was a good experience. I dealt with Craig Anderson through the entire process as well as Tonya in financing, they were both honest, fair and upfront with me on everything. There was a minor issue in which the truck needed to be looked at for some tire vibration and unfortunately the service department was closed on Saturdays. The salesman told me to take it home (which was 5hrs away) and take it to a GMC dealer and they will take care of the bill. As it turned out the issue was bigger than originally thought and so was the bill, after about a day of dealing with the salesman from Swantgraber and the service department where the truck was all issues were taken care of. As a customer I was very pleased and very satisfied with the fact that Craig honored what he said he would do as far as taking care of the bill and also in the matter he handled it. He was truly an honest salesman who was there to help me through this and is a man of his word.
Brad was my sales guy and he was awesome! He found me the 2018 Ford Escape Titanium that I wanted red with a full moon roof! I love my Ford Escape!! I had one for 3 years before this one and loved the handling of that one also! Go see Brad or one of the other salesmen and enjoy the new or used car experience!
